Brant Broughton Preschool

The preschool accepts children between the age of 18 months and 5 years. We open from 7.45am to 5.30pm having morning and afternoon session,  based on three models which can be seen on our Sessions page.

We also run a breakfast and after school giving parents wrap around care from 7.45am to 5.30pm 5 days of the week. We are a term time preschool open 38 weeks of the year.

Children have the opportunity to have a cooked meal by Good Lookin Cookin or bring a packed lunch.

We  also offer breakfast and after school sessions.

 

Funded hours are 09.00am to 12.00pm, 12.00pm to 3.00pm or 09.00am to 03.00pm.

 

We are a registered charity (Charity number: 1193900) run by a committee of volunteer parents with paid qualified staff. We are members of the Preschool Learning Alliance and are registered with OFSTED.

We are in the grounds of an 'good' primary school and have our own separate preschool and gardens, offering the capacity of 18 children.

​

We work closely with school and the children have the use of the willow area, trim trail, outdoor classroom and playground. We offer a forestry session, movement and wiggle PE lesson and cookery session each week on different days.

​

We operate a free flow policy whereby the children are able to choose where they play and with whom, and we also promote 'in the moment' planning giving the children more opportunities and experiences to learn while playing.

We are within the grounds of an outstanding primary school, Brant Broughton Primary School, Mill Lane, Brant Broughton, Lincoln, LN5 0RP.

​

We are a 15 minute drive from Coddington and Newark. And within easy reach of Stragglethorpe, Beckingham, Caythorpe, Witham St Hughes, Norton Disney, Bassingham, Leadenham, Bassingham,  North Hykeham, Newark, brant Road Lincoln and Carlton Le Moorland.
